ElevenLabs Japan launches AI agent architect tool

ElevenLabs Japan has launched the alpha version of ‘ElevenAgents Architect,’ a new feature for its enterprise voice and chat agent platform. The tool allows users to build, adjust, and improve voice AI agents using natural conversation and text, reducing the need for specialized technical engineers.

The system automatically analyzes past dialogue data to suggest improvements, which are then tested in a sandbox environment before being approved for production. It includes version control for changes and allows companies to apply predefined operational rules to prevent exceptional or unauthorized interactions. The tool can also integrate with external AI services like ChatGPT and Claude. The feature has already seen early adoption by companies such as The Acorn Group and PHMG.
