Eli Junior Kroupi's £85m transfer tug-of-war between Tottenham and PSG

Bournemouth striker Eli Junior Kroupi, who scored 13 Premier League goals last season – the highest tally for a teenager in a single campaign – is at the centre of a transfer battle. New Bournemouth manager Marco Rose said the club is working to keep the 20‑year‑old and other young players happy, while Tottenham Hotspur have reiterated their intention to meet Bournemouth’s asking price, reportedly in excess of £85 million.

Paris Saint‑Germain have also entered the race after abandoning a pursuit of another player, offering to match Bournemouth’s valuation.
