Elisa announces new album ‘Kintsugi’ for November 2026 release

Italian singer-songwriter Elisa has announced her new album, titled ‘Kintsugi’, which is scheduled for release on November 27, 2026, under Island Records and Universal Music Italia. The album is currently available for pre-order, including a special signed version.

The title refers to the Japanese art of repairing broken pottery with gold, a metaphor Elisa uses to describe her personal journey. Through a promotional video, she reflects on her life from childhood to age 48, framing past wounds and pain not as things to be hidden, but as essential elements that have allowed her to rebuild and find light.

The new musical era was first teased on May 15 with the single ‘Amore è’, written by Elisa and produced by Dardust. This project marks her first full studio album since ‘Ritorno al futuro/Back to the Future’ in 2022.
