Elizondo hosts socialist youth meeting with 4,000 participants

More than 4,000 young people gathered in Elizondo, Navarre, for the sixth edition of the Gazte Topagune Sozialista (Socialist Youth Meeting). During the third day of the event, a large demonstration was held to protest against fascism and state authoritarianism while advocating for socialism.

Speakers Aroa Arrizubieta of GKS and Jon Arrondo of IAS addressed the crowd, stating that participants had traveled from across the Basque Country to build a socialist community. They criticized economic elites, imperialist wars, and the militarization of states, calling for the reconstruction of a European Communist Party and the establishment of an international socialist state of workers.
