Ella Ailiff hints at long-term relationship with Nick Bosa

Model and influencer Ella Ailiff has sparked speculation regarding the status of her relationship with San Francisco 49ers star Nick Bosa. Following a social media post featuring a large bouquet of roses, Ailiff captioned the image with an infinity symbol, which fans have interpreted as a hint toward a long-term commitment.

While Ailiff did not explicitly confirm that Bosa sent the flowers, the couple publicly acknowledged their relationship in late November 2025. Bosa is currently working toward a return to the field following an ACL injury that sidelined him for much of the previous season.
