During the press day they discussed the upcoming Apple TV+ comedy‑drama “Margo’s Got Money Troubles,” based on Rufi Thorpe’s bestselling novel. The eight‑part series stars Fanning as the titular writer and Pfeiffer as her mother, Shyanne, and also features Nick Offerman, Nicole Kidman and others. Both actresses serve as executive producers, and the show was created by Pfeiffer’s husband, television writer‑producer David E. Kelley.
