Ellinikos Chrysos and Eduact expand educational partnership

Ellinikos Chrysos and Eduact have expanded their nine-year partnership to provide enhanced educational opportunities for the youth of the Aristotle Municipality in Greece. Following an event held on September 22 at the Palaiochori Primary School in Chalkidiki, the organizations detailed the evolution of their joint initiatives.

The collaboration now includes three complementary programs covering various educational stages. A central component is the ‘Horizons - I Define My Future’ program, sponsored by Ellinikos Chrysos, which targets adolescents aged 13-17. This initiative aims to bridge the gap between early education and future academic or professional paths through STEM workshops, technology, programming, and robotics.

Participants will engage in skill development, professional orientation, and critical thinking exercises. The program places a specific emphasis on industrial robotics, featuring 20 workshops and the formation of a FIRST Tech Challenge (FTC) team with the goal of participating in the 2027 Panhellenic Competition in Thessaloniki. Additionally, the ‘Little Scientists in Aristotle Municipality’ program continues for its ninth consecutive year, offering children aged 4-16 exposure to educational robotics and STEAM subjects.
