Elliot Page receives critical acclaim in Christopher Nolan film The Odyssey

The film adaptation of Homer’s The Odyssey, directed by Christopher Nolan, has premiered in cinemas. The epic follows Odysseus, played by Matt Damon, on his journey home to Ithaca following the Trojan War.

Canadian actor Elliot Page has received significant praise from critics and fans for the role of the Greek soldier Sinon. Reviews from Variety and RogerEbert.com describe the performance as 'fundamental' and 'sublime,' noting that Page provides a poignant twist on the 'naive child soldier' trope. The film also features an ensemble cast including Anne Hathaway, Tom Holland, Robert Pattinson, Zendaya, and Charlize Theron.
