Elliptic raises $120 million from Nasdaq Ventures, Deutsche Bank and partners
London‑based blockchain analytics firm Elliptic announced a $120 million Series D funding round. The round was led by venture firm One Peak and included participation from Nasdaq Ventures, Deutsche Bank and the British Business Bank. The investment values Elliptic at more than $600 million.
Elliptic said the capital will accelerate development of AI‑driven monitoring and compliance tools that track transactions across dozens of blockchain networks. The products aim to help exchanges, banks and government agencies identify fraud, ransomware, sanctions breaches and other illicit activity as institutional participation in digital assets expands.
The raise highlights growing demand for crypto‑security infrastructure as stablecoins processed roughly $33 trillion in transaction volume last year and tokenized assets gain traction among traditional financial institutions.
