Elmos Semiconductor SE elects new Supervisory Board members
Elmos Semiconductor SE held a virtual Extraordinary General Meeting where shareholders approved all agenda items with a large majority. More than 82% of the voting share capital was represented at the meeting.
The primary focus was the election of new members to the Supervisory Board, completing a generational transition initiated in February 2026. Dr. Hans Diekmann and Dr. Christian Klaiber were elected to serve the remainder of the terms of outgoing members Prof. Dr. Günter Zimmer and Dr. Klaus Weyer, effective January 1, 2027.
Additionally, Tobias Weyer, Guido Meyer, Dr. Hans Diekmann, and Dr. Christian Klaiber were elected as shareholder representatives for the new term starting in May 2027. Philipp Halbach was elected as an alternate member. The company stated these early elections are intended to provide continuity and planning certainty. The meeting also approved the 2026 executive remuneration system.
