Elon Musk resides in Airstream trailer to oversee xAI expansion

Elon Musk is currently residing in an Airstream trailer in Memphis, Tennessee, to oversee the expansion of the xAI Colossus supercomputer center. This lifestyle choice follows a pattern of Musk prioritizing proximity to his business operations, such as his previous habit of sleeping at Tesla factories or at Twitter headquarters.

Maye Musk has also noted a family tendency toward this work-centric lifestyle, stating that she has slept in garages during her own transitions and chooses to stay in a garage setup when visiting her son at the SpaceX Starbase facility in Texas rather than staying in luxury hotels.
