Elounda Hills begins construction phase for luxury villas in Crete

Mirum Hellas has announced a major milestone for the Elounda Hills development in Crete with the signing of its first primary construction contract with Domiki Kritis. This agreement marks the transition of the project into a new implementation phase.

The first phase of construction will include two Waterfront Villas featuring interiors designed by Ralph Lauren Home, as well as 24 Marina Branded Apartments located near the marina area. This project is noted as the first large-scale residential development to move from the Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) process into the implementation stage.

Construction is scheduled to begin in October 2026, with an expected completion date by December 2027. The partnership with the Crete-based company Domiki Kritis highlights the project's commitment to utilizing established local businesses within the regional ecosystem.
