ElPozo Murcia suffers defeat against Benfica in Champions League

ElPozo Murcia Costa Cálida FS suffered a 2-3 defeat against SL Benfica during the Main Round of the UEFA Futsal Champions League in Roermond, Netherlands. Despite an early 2-0 lead established within the first four minutes by goals from Ricardinho and Marcel, the Portuguese side managed a comeback.

André Coelho scored twice for Benfica, with Cleber also finding the net to equalize before halftime. Following the break, Coelho secured the victory for the Portuguese team in the 25th minute. The match was characterized by high intensity and competitive tension in the closing stages.

This result complicates ElPozo's path in the tournament. To secure qualification for the round of 16, the team led by Josan González must now aim for a victory in their upcoming match against HIT Kyiv.
