ELSA 2026 conference focuses on surgical innovation in Hue

The Endoscopic and Laparoscopic Surgeons of Asia (ELSA) 2026 conference is being held in Hue, Vietnam, focusing on the theme ‘Advancing minimally invasive surgery through innovation’. The event brings together over 800 international delegates and leading surgeons to discuss advancements in laparoscopic surgery, robotic surgery, and other minimally invasive techniques.

Vinmec Healthcare System is participating as an organizer, coordinator, and academic contributor. Dr. Le Quan Anh Tuan, Director of Vinmec Central Park International General Hospital and Vice President of ELSA for the 2025–2027 term, serves as a key organizer. Vinmec experts are also coordinating specialized sessions and presenting reports in fields such as pediatric surgery, oncology, and gastroenterology.

The conference aims to facilitate direct exchange between domestic surgeons and international experts, focusing on practical applications to improve surgical precision, reduce tissue damage, and accelerate patient recovery.
