ElvalHalcor to absorb subsidiary AnoxAL in merger
ElvalHalcor has announced plans to merge with its 100% owned subsidiary, AnoxAL, through an absorption process. The boards of both companies approved the commencement of preparatory actions for the merger on September 21, 2026.
The corporate transformation is expected to be completed by the fourth quarter of 2026. This restructuring aims to strengthen the Group's activities in the recycling and utilization of secondary aluminum.
Founded in 1971, AnoxAL specializes in processing and recycling aluminum scrap to produce aluminum sheets and billets for high-specification applications in the automotive industry. The company's industrial complex includes units for scrap sorting, processing, recycling, casting, and melting. AnoxAL possesses the necessary certifications and land to install additional aluminum recycling units, which is expected to support the further growth of ElvalHalcor's recycling sector.
