Elvas City Council sets higher education scholarship rates

The Elvas City Council has established the value for higher education scholarships for the 2026/2027 academic year at 175 euros per month. This support will be distributed over ten months, totaling 1,750 euros per recipient.

The increase in monthly funding is intended to strengthen support for local youth attending higher education institutions, assisting families with the costs associated with academic training.
