eMAG restructures Genius loyalty program into three subscription tiers

eMAG is restructuring its Genius loyalty program into three distinct subscription tiers: Light, Premium, and Elite. This change marks a shift in service offerings, including the replacement of Wolt with Glovo for food delivery benefits.

The Light tier, priced at 69.99 lei per year or 12.99 lei per month, provides three free eMAG pickup point deliveries per month and access to exclusive deals on eMAG and Fashion Days.

The Premium tier costs 199.99 lei per year or 24.99 lei per month. It offers unlimited eMAG deliveries (courier and pickup), five free Glovo deliveries per month, one free Voxa book per month, and access to the Genius Duo feature.

The highest tier, Elite, is set to launch soon at 699.99 lei per year or 69.69 lei per month. This plan includes unlimited eMAG and Glovo deliveries, two free Voxa books per month, and an Apple TV streaming subscription.

Existing customers with auto-renewal enabled will automatically transition to the Premium plan at the new annual rate starting December 27.
