Emanuel Lo Iacono to serve as official at FIJLKAM 2026

Emanuel Lo Iacono will represent Crotone as a National Match Official at the Symposium FIJLKAM 2026. The national karate event is scheduled from August 18 to 23 at the Bella Italia EFA Village in Lignano Sabbiadoro.

Lo Iacono, a former multi-medalist athlete with a degree in Motor Sciences, currently holds multiple roles at the Asd Accademia Karate Crotone, including MGA Personal Defense technician and a second-level Special Olympics instructor. He also competes in competitive fencing.

Other representatives from Calabria attending the event include Serena Pellegrino, Davide Valente, and Master Vincenzo Martino. The symposium, organized by the Italian Federation of Judo, Wrestling, Karate, and Martial Arts, serves as a key training and update period for athletes, technicians, and officials ahead of the new competitive season.
