Julieta Prandi addresses separation from Emanuel Ortega

Julieta Prandi has broken her silence regarding her separation from musician Emanuel Ortega, following the end of their seven-year relationship and just 27 days after their civil wedding. Returning to her radio work at La 100 after a trip to Brazil, Prandi addressed media speculation and public commentary.

Prandi denied rumors that Ortega learned of the breakup through social media, stating that he was fully aware of her decisions and actions. While she declined to provide specific details regarding the reasons for the split, she emphasized that the two shared a deep mutual respect and love, noting, “We did not separate due to a lack of love.”

In response to public criticism, including remarks made by Juana Viale regarding the brevity of the marriage, Prandi expressed her disappointment, stating that those who mock the pain of others deserve her “deepest pity.” She requested privacy, asserting that only the two individuals involved have the authority to speak on the matter.

Meanwhile, a contact identifying as a friend of Ortega claimed the separation is definitive, though they suggested the decision to make the breakup public was unilateral and not mutually agreed upon. Prandi confirmed she has not yet initiated legal divorce proceedings.
