Emanuele Bruno wins Physical Italia competition

Emanuele Bruno, a judoka and instructor, has won the Physical Italia competition. After winning the 100,000 euro prize, Bruno expressed his intention to take his family to Tokyo, Japan, to visit the birthplace of judo.

Beyond his competitive success, Bruno is utilizing his expertise in judo to teach women self-defense techniques aimed at preventing violence. He emphasized that his approach focuses on prevention and listening as much as physical defense. Bruno described his victory as a personal redemption, noting that he focused on concentration and mental strength rather than seeking visibility during the competition.
