EMBL Rome launches Lifecourse project to study gene and environment interactions
Mathieu Schulz has joined EMBL Rome as the Project Coordinator for Lifecourse, a new initiative designed to explore how genes and environmental factors interact throughout a person's life to influence health and disease.
Schulz, who has a background in genetics, epigenetics, and computational biology, will focus on creating a framework that connects scientists, facilities, and support teams across different disciplines. The project aims to coordinate new experimental approaches and build resources to benefit future research in the field.
