Embraer targets increased C-390 production via India and US markets

Embraer aims to reach a production capacity of 10 C-390 Millennium aircraft per year in Brazil by 2030. CEO Francisco Gomes Neto stated that increasing this rate beyond 10 units annually would depend on securing large-scale contracts in India and the United States, which could justify establishing additional assembly lines outside of Brazil.

In a related development regarding international expansion, an aircraft (MSN 39000019) originally intended for the Brazilian Air Force is being prepared for delivery to the Uzbekistan Air Force. The aircraft arrived at the Belo Horizonte International Airport in Confins to undergo painting and finishing at GOL Aerotech facilities. This move is part of Embraer's strategy to use external maintenance units to free up industrial capacity at its primary assembly site in Gavião Peixoto.
