Embry-Riddle restructures rowing programs with new coaching appointments

Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University has announced a restructuring of its men's and women's rowing programs. Allison Taylor has been hired as the new head coach for the women's rowing program, effective ahead of the 2026-27 season. Taylor joins Embry-Riddle from Jacksonville University, where she served as an assistant men's rowing coach and recruiting coordinator.

Additionally, Sami Bay has been promoted to Director of Rowing and will serve as the head coach for the men's rowing team. Bay is entering her fifth season at Embry-Riddle, having contributed to the program's recent successes, including Sunshine State Conference championships and a 2024 NCAA Division II national championship.
