Emdurb advances renovation of Cemitério da Saudade in Marília

The Municipal Urban Mobility Company of Marília (Emdurb) has announced that the renovation of the entrance to the Cemitério da Saudade is 80% complete. The project, which has not seen such major works in nearly 40 years, is expected to be officially delivered next week.

The renovation is a joint effort with the private sector through a partnership with Grupo Prever, which provided all necessary materials for the physical and aesthetic restructuring. The total investment for the execution and management of the services is R$ 96,442.20.

Improvements include a new entrance equipped with an accessibility ramp, an expanded public service room, a complete renovation of male and female restrooms, and a restructured administrative room. The goal is to provide a more welcoming environment for the public and better working conditions for employees ahead of the All Souls' Day period on November 2.
