Çeşme Municipality to auction five properties for 175 million TL
Çeşme Municipality has announced the sale of five real estate properties located in the Ilıca, Sakarya, and Alaçatı neighborhoods. The total estimated value for the properties, which cover a combined area of 3,417 square meters, is 175 million 15 thousand TL.
The auction process will be conducted via closed bids on August 31, 2026, at the Çeşme Municipality Alaçatı Additional Service Building Exhibition Hall. The sales are expected to be exempt from Value Added Tax (VAT).
Key properties include: - A 1,209 square meter commercial plot in Ilıca (Punta Mevkii) valued at 60 million 450 thousand TL. - A 652 square meter plot in Ilıca valued at 32 million 600 thousand TL. - A 200 square meter plot in Ilıca valued at 10 million TL. - An 833 square meter plot in Sakarya (Punta Mevkii) valued at 45 million 815 thousand TL. - A 523 square meter residential plot in Alaçatı (İmamoğlu Mevkii) valued at 26 million 150 thousand TL.
Interested parties can obtain the tender specifications from the Çeşme Municipality Real Estate and Expropriation Directorate for a fee of 10,000 TL.
