EMERGE! celebrates 15th anniversary at New York Fashion Week

The EMERGE! Fashion Show concluded New York Fashion Week by celebrating its 15th anniversary with a showcase of music, culture, and design. The event honored several industry figures, including music legend Chaka Khan, who was named the 2026 Fashion Innovator.

Other honorees included Eva Marcille, who received the Style Award, and beauty entrepreneur Danessa Myricks, who was presented with the Business of Beauty Award. The runway featured a variety of styles, from the streetwear aesthetics of hip-hop pioneer Karl Kani to the sculptural silhouettes of designer Matthew J. Williams and the sharp tailoring of the Saint London x FEDÚ collection by Ilbert J. Sanchez.
