Emergency services respond to truck rollover in Argentina and house fire in Mexico

In Argentina, a Volkswagen concrete mixer truck overturned on a rural road near Marilauquen in the Trenque Lauquen district. The driver became trapped in the vehicle and required a two-hour rescue operation by firefighters and emergency personnel. The driver was eventually extracted and transported to a municipal hospital with a leg injury. Authorities are investigating the cause of the accident.

In Mexico, firefighters and civil protection personnel responded to a house fire in the Villas de Altamira residential area of Altamira, Tamaulipas. The fire, which was reported after smoke was seen coming from a residence, consumed a bed and involved a small gas tank. The occupants of the home managed to exit safely before the flames spread, resulting in material damage but no injuries.
