Emerson and Wittmann to showcase industrial technologies at Fakuma 2026

Major industrial technology companies Emerson and Wittmann Group are set to showcase new solutions for plastics processing at the Fakuma 2026 trade fair in Friedrichshafen, Germany, from October 12-16.

Emerson will present its Branson welding and joining technologies, including the Branson Polaris Ultrasonic welding platform. These solutions are designed to improve production flexibility, quality, and connectivity across sectors such as automotive, medical devices, and consumer electronics. The showcase will feature laser and heat staking technologies, automation solutions, and Industry 4.0 connectivity gateways to help manufacturers optimize throughput and machine performance.

Wittmann Group will introduce its complete Primus product range, focused on maximizing efficiency in cost, materials, and energy consumption for standard injection molding applications. The Primus lineup includes peripheral equipment, robots, and the EcoPrimus fully electric injection molding machine. The range aims to provide high performance and reliability with simplified handling and reduced delivery times to address specialized labor shortages.
