Emerson Palmieri reportedly agrees to pre-contract with Santos

Emerson Palmieri has reportedly agreed to a pre-contract with the Brazilian club Santos, set to begin at the end of 2026. The Italian international is currently under contract with Olympique de Marseille until June 2027.

During the previous transfer window, Marseille blocked a move to Santos because the club sought financial compensation, while Santos was unwilling to pay a transfer fee. This new arrangement would allow Palmieri to remain with Marseille until his current contract expires before joining his former club as a free agent.
