Emil Boc celebrates 60th birthday

Born in 1966 in the village of Răchițele, Cluj County, Boc grew up in a large family in the Apuseni Mountains. His early life was characterized by manual labor, such as woodcutting and farming. He attended the Babeș-Bolyai University, studying History and Philosophy before specializing in Constitutional Law and Political Science.
