Emilia Chamber of Commerce launches female leadership program

The Committee for Female Entrepreneurship of the Emilia Chamber of Commerce has launched ‘Intrecci’, a free training program designed to strengthen the leadership and entrepreneurial skills of women. The initiative targets female entrepreneurs, freelancers, and aspiring business owners in the provinces of Parma, Piacenza, and Reggio Emilia.

The program consists of 36 hours of training scheduled between September and November 2026. Rather than traditional lectures, the curriculum focuses on practical exercises, simulations, and group work. Key topics include professional communication, leadership, conflict management, corporate welfare, and self-assessment through individual online interviews.

Registration is limited to 120 participants, with 40 spots allocated to each of the three provinces. Applications must be submitted online by 10:00 AM on September 7, 2026. While the training is free, it falls under the European Union’s ‘de minimis’ regime, with an estimated value of 246.67 euros per participant.
