Argentine pop singer Emilia Mernes has released her new single, “Bodypainting,” marking the beginning of a new creative era. The artist chose her 30th birthday to debut the track, which signals a musical evolution from her 2023 album “.mp3."

The song explores themes of sensuality, desire, and self-expression through a more mature artistic lens and a shift in vocal register. The production features LIOHN, a collaborator of Max Martin, and Zecca, who has worked with artists such as Drake and Karol G.

A cinematic music video, co-directed by Martin Seipel and Melanie Anton, accompanies the release. Set in a luxury penthouse, the visual concept utilizes the body as a canvas, featuring scenes of dance and bold aesthetics to reflect the song’s themes of transformation.
