Emilia-Romagna allocates €1.3 million for audiovisual projects

The Emilia-Romagna regional government has approved funding of approximately €1.28 million to support 19 selected film and audiovisual projects. Supported by the Emilia-Romagna Film Commission, the grants target national, European, and non-European production companies for works to be realized in 2026 and 2027.

The funding covers five narrative feature films, one narrative television work, and 13 documentaries or documentary series. Notable projects include a new film by the comedy trio Aldo, Giovanni e Giacomo titled ‘Magari un’altra volta’, a documentary on the legacy of musician Ivan Graziani, and the second season of the Rai series ‘La ricetta della felicità’.

Regional Councilor for Culture, Gessica Allegni, stated that the region is confirming its position as a reference point for both national and international audiovisual productions. The resources were distributed among all eligible projects that met the minimum threshold of 70 points according to the call for tenders.
