Emilia-Romagna allocates extra funds for post-flood reconstruction
Additional funding has been allocated to support the reconstruction efforts in Emilia-Romagna following the floods of 2023 and 2024. Under ordinance 64, Extraordinary Commissioner Fabrizio Curcio has approved nearly 100 million euros in additional resources to conclude Phase 1 of the reconstruction strategy. These funds are intended to address increased costs and aggravated damages to ensure the completion of essential land safety interventions.
Specifically, the Province of Forlì-Cesena has been assigned 7.61 million euros to complete 13 construction sites on provincial roads. Key projects include work on Provincial Road 75 in Monteleone (1.2 million euros), Provincial Road 13 in Uso (400,000 euros), and Provincial Road 85 in Fondovalle Rubicone (300,000 euros). These investments aim to adjust previous funding to reflect actual execution costs and restore road safety for local citizens.
