Emilia-Romagna and GAI sign alliance to support young artists
The Associazione Giovani Artisti Emilia-Romagna (Ga/ER) and the Associazione Giovani Artisti Italiani (GAI) have signed an operational agreement to strengthen support for artists and cultural professionals under the age of 35.
The partnership aims to enhance youth creativity through increased mobility, professional training, and research opportunities. By combining territorial networks and expertise, the alliance seeks to provide emerging talents with greater visibility and access to national and international competitions and grants, helping them transition from passion to professional careers.
A key focus of this collaboration will be the upcoming Parma Capitale Europea dei Giovani 2027 program. Giovanni Paglia, the regional assessor for youth policies in Emilia-Romagna, stated that youth creativity is a vital pillar for making young people protagonists in the social and economic fabric of the region.
