Emilia-Romagna expands AER architecture book series

The Emilia-Romagna Region has expanded its AER Architettura Emilia-Romagna book series with three new volumes dedicated to the cities of Rimini, Piacenza, and Ferrara. Developed in collaboration with the University of Bologna and published by Pendragon, the project aims to promote and document the region's modern and contemporary architectural heritage.

The new publications trace the evolution of architecture from the post-war period to the present day, focusing on design quality, technical innovation, and the relationship between architecture and urban development. This expansion follows previous volumes released in 2023 covering Bologna, Modena, and Ravenna.

A presentation for the Rimini volume was held at the Cineteca della Biblioteca Gambalunga. Upcoming presentations for the series are scheduled for October 21 in Piacenza and December 16 in Ferrara.
