Singer Emina Jahović has spoken about the challenges of living abroad in Istanbul for the past 15 years. She expressed feelings of nostalgia, noting that she lacks the ability to spontaneously invite friends or family for coffee as she once could.
Jahović mentioned that while she loves Belgrade and considers her closest friends to be there, she would not choose to live there permanently. She noted that her connection to Istanbul is primarily driven by her children, stating, “Where my children are, there I will be.”
