Emine Gümüşsoy announces goals as new ESOGÜ rector

Prof. Dr. Emine Gümüşsoy, the newly appointed rector of Eskişehir Osmangazi University (ESOGÜ), has outlined her vision and action plans for the institution. As an alumna and former vice rector of the university, Gümüşsoy emphasized that her familiarity with the institution allows her to begin implementing strategic goals immediately.

Her primary objective is to elevate the university to a higher level of academic and institutional standing. Gümüşsoy noted that ESOGÜ is the largest university in Eskişehir by student capacity and plays a vital role in the community through its Health Practice and Research Hospital and Dental Hospital. She intends to leverage her administrative experience to address priority issues and strengthen the university's connection to society.
