Eminem auctions rare sneakers to benefit Marshall Mathers Foundation
Rapper Eminem is putting more than 100 pairs of his personally signed sneakers up for auction. The collection, assembled over two decades, includes rare items such as the Air Jordan 3 “Slim Shady” player‑exclusive worn at the Super Bowl halftime show, the Carhartt x Eminem x Air Jordan 4 created for the 15th anniversary of Shady Records, and an Air Jordan 4 “Encore” from a 2017 sample run. Also featured are various Air Max models, Puma, and adidas shoes, many signed by the artist.
The auction is being run by Julien’s Auctions and is open online, by phone, and in person in Los Angeles. Bidding closes on 25 August at 10 a.m. Pacific Time. Proceeds will go to the Marshall Mathers Foundation, which provides support and resources for at‑risk youth in Detroit and surrounding communities. Some pairs are expected to fetch $25,000‑$35,000 each, with total sales projected to reach six figures.
