YouTube has removed the channel ‘Moj Život’ (My Life), belonging to acclaimed Serbian director and musician Emir Kusturica. The channel featured programs produced in collaboration with Sputnik Serbia.

Margarita Simonyan, editor-in-chief of RT and the media group Rossiya Segodnya, commented on the removal via Telegram. Describing Kusturica as a close friend and collaborator, she characterized the action as censorship by Western entities.
