Emir Spahić unveils Garden SUN residential project in Mostar

Former Bosnian football captain Emir Spahić, now director of Zmajevi and co‑owner of the Alarm Gross group, announced the construction of the Garden SUN mixed‑use complex on the site of the former Mostar Tobacco Factory. The development covers about 20,000 m² and will consist of four modern buildings offering 356 apartments, 12 commercial spaces and 463 parking spots.

The land is owned jointly by Alarm Gross (held by Spahić and Mirsad Ćatić) and the Trebinje‑based company Herc‑invest, whose owner is noted businessman Bratislava Pidžule. Spahić reported that the project is progressing according to the planned schedule and is set to become one of the largest new residential‑commercial complexes in the city.
