Emirates announces recruitment drives in Morocco and the United Kingdom

Emirates recruitment airline hiring pilot roadshow cabin crew recruitment aviation careers

Emirates is conducting international recruitment drives to address rising customer demand and expand its global operations.

In Morocco, the airline has scheduled an invitation-only session for cabin crew in Casablanca on August 12, 2026. Successful candidates will undergo training at the company’s facility in Dubai and will be based in the UAE. The airline currently employs over 1,000 Moroccan nationals.

In the United Kingdom, Emirates will host a pilot recruitment roadshow at the Hilton London Gatwick Airport on September 21 and 22. The event targets experienced commercial pilots for roles including First Officers, Direct Entry Captains, and the Accelerated Command Programme. The recruitment comes as the airline expands its fleet, including orders for Airbus A350s and Boeing 777Xs.
