Emirates opens new travel store in Tokyo's Otemachi district
Emirates has officially opened the ‘Emirates Travel Store Tokyo’ in the Otemachi district of Tokyo. Located on the first floor of Otemachi One, this retail outlet serves as the airline’s second location in Japan, following the opening of a store in Osaka in July 2025.
The facility offers services including flight bookings, travel information, and personalized itinerary planning provided by multilingual travel experts. To enhance the customer experience, the store features a Boeing 777 business class seat on display, self-service terminals, and a ‘selfie mirror’ that allows visitors to take photos against backdrops of the airline’s destinations.
This move follows the relocation of the airline’s previous Tokyo ticket office from Akasaka to Otemachi. Emirates currently operates direct flights connecting Dubai to Narita, Haneda, and Kansai airports. The airline plans to increase its Narita service frequency starting October 26, 2026, bringing its total passenger flights to and from Japan to 28 per week.
