Emlak Katılım reports 8.9 billion TL net profit for H1 2026

Emlak Katılım has announced its financial results for the first half of 2026, reporting a net profit of 8.9 billion TL, representing a 17 percent increase compared to the same period last year.

The bank's total assets grew by 56 percent to reach 464 billion TL, while collected funds increased by 53 percent to 344 billion TL. The institution's contribution to the Turkish economy rose by 75 percent year-on-year, reaching 362 billion TL. Additionally, the bank reported an 89 percent growth in utilized funds and maintained a capital adequacy ratio of 17.80 percent.

In the second quarter of 2026, the bank's domestic lease certificate (kira sertifikası) issuance volume surged by approximately 155 percent compared to the previous year, totaling 26.2 billion TL. The bank also facilitated 12.3 billion TL in corporate sukuk issuances during the second quarter, maintaining a 17 percent market share with a total sukuk balance of 15.5 billion TL.
