Emlak Konut GYO signs real estate cooperation agreement with Oman

Emlak Konut GYO has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning of the Sultanate of Oman to expand its international real estate development footprint in the Gulf region.

Signed in Muscat, the agreement aims to explore cooperation in sustainable urban development, real estate development, and urbanism. The partnership is designed to align with Oman’s Vision 2040 goals by leveraging Emlak Konut’s experience in project management and implementation from the Turkish market.

Key areas of potential collaboration include land development, revenue-sharing models, capital market instruments, construction ecosystem development, mutual investment opportunities, digitalization, and green building applications.
