Emmanuel Boateng scored twice for Hapoel Tel Aviv in a 2‑2 draw with Ludogorets Razgrad in the second leg of the UEFA Europa Conference League second‑qualifying round. The aggregate score of 4‑2 sent the Bulgarian champions out of the competition, ending a decade‑long streak of group‑stage appearances.
