Emmanuel Ufuophu-Biri celebrated by Oasis Magazine publisher

Pastor Daniel Umukoro, the publisher of Oasis Magazine, has issued a goodwill message celebrating Professor Emmanuel Ufuophu-Biri on his birthday. Umukoro described the Rector of Delta State Polytechnic, Otefe-Oghara, as a visionary administrator and distinguished academic.

Professor Ufuophu-Biri, a specialist in Mass Communication and Journalism, has served as Rector of the polytechnic since February 2022. He previously held various leadership roles at Delta State University, including Director of Academic Planning and Head of the Department of Mass Communication.
