Employees' State Insurance Corporation launches faculty hiring in Ranchi and advocate empanelment in Dehradun

The Employees' State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) has issued Advertisement No. 05 of 2026 inviting applications for 85 contractual teaching posts – Professor, Associate Professor, Assistant Professor and Senior Resident – across 25 departments at its Medical College and Hospital in Namkum, Ranchi, Jharkhand. Applications must be submitted by 9 August 2026, with interviews scheduled for the third week of August.

ESIC also seeks practising advocates to be empanelled as panel advocates to represent the corporation before High Courts, district courts, labour courts, consumer forums and other tribunals in Uttarakhand. Applicants must be enrolled with the Bar Council of India, hold a law degree and have at least ten years of experience for High Court matters (or five years for lower courts). Submissions are to be sent to the Regional Director, ESIC, Dehradun, by 24 August 2026.
