Employment fairs held in Maribor and Goriška

Employment and career fairs were held in Maribor and the Goriška region to connect job seekers with employers. In Maribor, the event organized by the Employment Service of the Republic of Slovenia featured nearly 120 employers from both the public and private sectors, alongside an online European fair.

In the Goriška region, the fair highlighted a significant labor market trend: the area currently maintains the lowest unemployment rate in Slovenia. With only 1,475 registered unemployed persons, employers in sectors such as education, healthcare, social welfare, manufacturing, and construction are facing difficulties finding suitable candidates.
