Zagrebački holding announces large-scale recruitment drive

Zagrebački holding has launched a new wave of recruitment across several of its subsidiaries in Zagreb. The hiring drive focuses heavily on operational roles within the Čistoća and Gradska groblja branches.

In the Čistoća division, the company is seeking numerous communal workers, cleaners, street washers, and landfill workers. These positions primarily offer permanent contracts with a six-month probationary period. The base gross salary for these roles is 1,372 euros, supplemented by monthly net allowances of 176 euros and other benefits according to collective agreements. Additionally, three auto mechanics are being recruited to maintain the vehicle fleet.

Gradska groblja is looking for five gravediggers to handle tasks such as grave excavation, exhumation, and horticultural work. Zagrebačke ceste is hiring an inspector to monitor road conditions and a car body repairer on a fixed-term basis. Finally, the Vladimir Nazor branch, which manages tourism and catering facilities, is recruiting two cooks with a starting gross monthly salary of 1,630.16 euros, plus additional net allowances.
